About Us

Colin Burlingham:
Hi my name is Colin Burlingham and I was born in Stonington Connecticut on September 18, 1995.  I am a Freshman at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and am majoring in environmental science.  I have been very interested in environmental engineering since my senior year of high school where I took AP Environmental Science, a Sustainability Seminar and had lead roles in multiple environmental clubs.  For high school, I attended the Brooks School in North Andover, MA where I earned the title of Cum Laude for my accomplishments.  In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and squash as well as participating in different clubs such as the US Green Building Council.  I also enjoy most hands on activities such as building just about anything or doing lab experiments, but I prefer to be outside.  This project will just give me a quick look into all I can learn through my time studying environmental engineering.

Kean Quick:
I am from Ridgefield, CT, graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2014. I came to Drexel to study to become a Civil engineer as well as play lacrosse for the school. I am very fond of engineering took a lot of courses throughout high school thinking that it was the major I wanted to pursue. Love math and science tool as many courses as I could in high school.  I am also very fond of lacrosse, I have been playing it for nearly my entire life and it has always been something that I love to do and enjoy very much doing it. Was a captain for lacrosse as well as a National honors student, I worked a lot with my dad in landscaping a well as doing engineering projects for my town dealing with road ways and parking. Engineering has been my goal in life to become.

Brandon Taing:
My name is Brandon Taing. I was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 26, 1996. I am a first year student at Drexel University, majoring in mechanical engineering. I am very interested in learning things with hands on experience, hence my major. I have always enjoyed tinkering with different things trying to figure out how they work mechanically and try to disassemble them and then reassemble them. Though I do not have much knowledge in environmental engineering, this project will help broaden my experience in different fields.
